Cancellation Policy:

If you should need to cancel a private lesson, please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or lessons that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged at full rate or counted toward your pre-paid lesson package.

Of course, exceptions will be made in case of illness or personal difficulties.

All reservations in special event classes shall be cancelled a minimum of 5 days in advance.

If lesson package needs to be canceled, substitutions may be made for remaining lessons. There are no refunds on pre-paid lesson packages.

Pre-paid lesson packages and gift certificates are good through one year from purchase date or the date noted on gift certificate.
